Canada no longer levies anti-dumping duties on cross-strait bicycles

On September 30, 2013, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced the revocation of an interim review of some of the bicycles imported from Taiwan and the mainland, and considered the products involved (including assembled or unassembled, with a wheel diameter of more than 16 inches). The above-mentioned, origin or exporting countries are part of the bicycles in Taiwan and the mainland, but the anti-dumping measures that exclude FOB prices of more than 225 Canadian dollars and folding bicycles are no longer needed, and the case is revoked according to the "Canada Special Import Measures Act" Anti-dumping taxation order.
